I’m a licensed therapist with over 15 years of experience helping people find clarity, reduce emotional distress, and move forward with confidence. My approach is practical and solution-focused, grounded in mindfulness. Solution-focused therapy emphasizes identifying your strengths and resources to create realistic, achievable goals for positive change. I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, marital and relationship issues, and major life transitions—especially those balancing demanding work and personal lives.
Since relocating to Oregon in 2017, I’ve worked with Canopy EAP while building a private practice focused on individual counseling for adults. Prior to that, I trained at the Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School and worked across multiple levels of addiction treatment in Minnesota, including detox, residential care, and family education. I also hold a second master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
In addition to counseling, I offer limited specialized services, including:
Substance Use Evaluations for employers and workplace referrals
DOT Return-to-Duty Assessments (as a certified SAP)
Please note: I do not provide assessments for legal or court-related matters (e.g. custody, DUI, criminal proceedings, or expert testimony).
